As a team leader, Mark Ferrill knows the importance of a team atmosphere. He prides himself on teaching each agent how to succeed individually which in turn helps the team succeed. Mark's business model is based on the core values and business ethics that he's learned over his long career. He has held his real estate license for 20 years starting with the development of Harbor Pointe villas in East Peoria with Cullinan Properties. Mark joined Mary Ann and The Knell Group over 10 years ago as Mary Ann's partner. Learning Mary Ann's techniques, style and business plan have been invaluable as a leader in The Knell Group. Prior to real estate Mark had a successful career in financing but was continually attracted to real estate. His background in finance along with his mentorship by Mary Ann has led to a successful leadership role in the group.
Mark's favorite part about the industry is working with all types of clients to help them achieve their goals. "One of the things I love is introducing buyers to the Peoria area and to see the surprise on their faces when they see all we have to offer." Renovating homes has been a continuing hobby for Mark and finds his keen eye for design and updating helps him with buyers and sellers by helping clients visualize what a home could be and also how updates would impact resale value.
A lifelong Peoria resident, Mark has two adult children and two grandchildren. Justin is a commercial agent with Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell and Justin's wife, Wendy is the Tazewell County administrator. Together they have two children.
