What Does 'FREE' Staging Consultation Mean?

We will provide a staging/market preparation consultation by Simply Organized & Staged, a local professional stager, with your commitment to list your home with The Knell Group of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. During the consultation, the professional stager determines what is necessary to appeal to the target market for your home. You will be provided a room-by-room detailed action plan outlining exactly what can/should be done, down to paint color for a room to what accessory to add to your coffee table.

Am I required to Stage the Home after the Consultation?

The short answer: NO. The consultation will detail out many improvements that can be done on your own or with vendor assistance. Our staging partner has vendors that can also complete work such as painting, minor updates, etc. Although we do recommend following the advice of the professional stager, you are in control of how much or how little is done and by whom.
